We’ve endured 365 days without you, wondering how we’ve managed to carry on.

Mum, we miss you deeply. Your spirit is now at peace, liberated from earthly pain,
Yet every day we find ourselves longing for the embrace we can no longer gain.

You remain a constant presence in our thoughts, wherever our journeys may lead, Forever etched in our hearts, for the love we share is boundless indeed.

No matter the span of life, or the paths we tread anew,
Our thoughts will always turn to you, dear Helen, ever true.
